Question 1: Which choice best meets the criteria of an End?
Overview: Ends have three components: the people the organization will benefit, the benefit to those people and a relative cost of the benefit. Ends also do not identify the way in which the Ends will be accomplished. They are independent from the Means.
Answer: Choice B is the best answer.
